Mountain
Mountain = Kingdom/King
Babylon
Jeremiah equates the kingdom of Babylon with a mountain.
Jer. 51:1 Thus saith the Lrd: Behold, I will raise up against Babylon, and against them that dwell in Leb-kamai, a destroying wind.
Jer. 51:11 Make sharp the arrows; hold firm the shields: the Lrd hath stirred up the spirit of the kings of the Medes; because his purpose is against Babylon, to destroy it: for it is the vengeance of the Lrd, the vengeance of his temple.
Jer. 51:24-25 And I will render unto Babylon and to all the inhabitants of Chaldea all their evil that they have done in Zion in your sight, saith the Lrd. Behold, I am against thee, O destroying mountain, saith the Lrd, which destroyest all the earth; and I will stretch out my hand upon thee, and roll thee down from the rocks, and will make thee a burnt mountain.
Kingdom of Heaven
Daniel equates the kingdom that will never be destroyed with a great mountain.
Dan. 2:34-35 Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon its feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them in pieces. Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken in pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshing-floors; and the wind carried them away, so that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.
Dan. 2:44-45 And in the days of those kings shall the Gd of heaven set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed, nor shall the sovereignty thereof be left to another people; but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever. Forasmuch as thou sawest that a stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great Gd hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.
Seven Hills
Revelation equates the seven hills with seven kings.
Rev. 17:9 Here is the mind that hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven hills, on which the woman sitteth:
Rev. 17:10 and they are seven kings; the five are fallen, the one is, the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a little while.
